Duchy Plastic Co., Ltd. (達聚塑膠) was founded in 2001 in Waipu, Taichung. We import rigid uPVC offcuts and regrind, sort and re-compound them into production-ready pellets, and supply pipe, fitting, and drainage manufacturers in Taiwan and Southeast Asia.
